We have listed our products in order of frame size from the smallest (5" x 7") to the largest (16" x 20"). If you have a special request please email us and we will do our best to get you what you want; in many cases we can accomodate with our current inventory.

Here's a few facts to know before ordering:

• All specimens are A1 Quality (top of the line in the bug world). We are licensed with U.S. Fish and Wildlife and no endangered species or illegally collected material is used.
• All shipments are made to the standard of the photo you ordered from. There may be slight variations or substitutions of equal value (We will notify you via email if this happens). Remember; your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! 
• It normally takes 7-10 days from order to arrival at the shipping address. However, we take great pains to make sure your order is correct and sometimes it may take a day or two longer. We'll let you know if that is the case. Most states will receive shipments within 2-4 days after shipping. At this time, if you want an overnight shipment we will have to quote the order (call 714-917-5215). We'll email you when your order has shipped.
• If you order more than one frame, we will be packaging them together so your shipping cost will be significantly less than our online shipping calculator indicates. We will refund you the difference after you place your order.
• Items are securely packed with biodegradable peanuts and "Fragile, Handle with Care" stickers are applied to the box. Remarkably, these specimens do ship well; we have shipped all over the United States. 
• Please inspect your package upon receiving it; note any damage to the carrier if possible. Our guarantee to you is 100% satisfaction! Returns are not accepted without pre-authorization; no exceptions.
• Gift cards are the small decorative "florist" type that are business card size and enclosed with your order if requested.
• On the back of all frames there is a Fact/Care Instruction sticker. On all except the mixed butterfly or moth collections there is a label with the biological name/common name if known/country of origin on the back of the frame as well.
• The frames are "wall ready"--the 5x7's and the 8x10's also have flaps for use on a tabletop. The 16x20 frames need a small length of picture frame wire available at any hardware store.
• We use a secure server for credit card transactions (Paypal) and therefore, your credit card info is not available to us.
• We do not share your email address with anyone--ever! You will only be contacted if we need clarification on your current order or to let you know about shipping. Please feel free to offer any comments concerning this site, the condition of your order, etc. We love testimonials and feedback!!
